Our address is 876 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC. There is plenty of parking in the neighborhood and the number 19 bus stops on both sides of Kingsway nearby.

Our online presence may be big, it might make someone think we are a much bigger then we are. In reality, we are a very small business. So, I need to say, when we are busy serving clients, we let our telephone calls go to our voice mail. It isn't because we don't believe in the best customer service, that is furtherest from the truth. As most of our guests are spending a couple of hours in our chairs having a keratin treatment of one kind or another, we believe in giving them our undivided attention. There are usually only two of us on the floor during the week and 3 – 4 of us on Saturdays.

It is our commitment to you, to return the phone call within 24 hours from the point you left the message. I know that this is probably quite annoying when you’re trying to reach us but at this time we do not have a receptionist and we have put the focus of our staff, to have the ability to do keratin treatments on their own and then eventually we will hire a receptionist.
